15 Tips for Raising Your Vibrations


I don’t know about you all but sometimes this thing we call life gets pretty hectic and we find ourselves operating at the lowest vibration level due to the stress of existing…. A lot right?! But check this out, life is tremendously generous and our job as lightbearers is to share that light with others…. Let it spread. So here’s a bit of advice for those times when you just need assistance in lifting your vibrations. Try these:

Meditation

Everyone needs that moment of peace where we just sit still, center ourselves and try to control all the thoughts floating through our heads. Meditation has been known to help with anxiety, depression, mood issues and a ton more things. The benefits are endless and it will definitely help you tap into your inner god/goddess and lift that vibration higher.

Prayer

There are several different religions that exist in this lifetime but I am positive that praying to whatever higher power you believe in will assist you in raising your vibration through a moment of seeking clarity and comfort from the one above

Living by the Golden Rule

I’m sure everyone has heard it, Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you. We know that when we put positive energy out into the universe, that energy will boomerang right back to us. So smile at a stranger, show some love, or pay for a stranger's coffee and watch your vibration level skyrocket

Crystals

I’m not an expert so I don’t know everything there is to know about crystals and their powers, but what I do know is that carrying certain ones can promote positive energy, clarity and even power and success. It’s a great idea to make an investment and grab you a few. I personally have a citrine ring and selenite bracelet which together are a powerful combination and I must say, when I wear them….. A whole new world

Be Grateful

When is the last time you took a moment to just appreciate everything that you’ve been blessed with. From simply waking up in the morning to the amazing job that you work. A moment of appreciation and thanks is a simple way to boost vibrations.

Keep Your pH Balanced

Listen sis, you have to drink your water. You have to make sure you’re using the right types of soap. You even have to be mindful of the materials used to make your undergarments. All types of different stuff can play a part in balancing your pH so it is immensely important to take a moment and do some research because if you aren’t feeling well physically, your vibrations will suffer

Watch Your Diet

Be mindful of what you eat, drink, read and listen to. As far as I’m concerned, all of these things are included in your diet. What you put into your body definitely has an effect on your entire life so it only makes sense that it would affect your vibration

Be Active

You know what they say, Health is Wealth. Try adding 30 minutes of physical fitness to your day for an energetic boost in vibrations

Affirmations

Fasting

Along with praying, sometimes a fast is necessary for cleansing and connect with your higher power. Your level of clarity will rise and of course, the vibrations level up is inevitable. It’s best to consult your doctor about fasting as it is not a healthy choice for everyone.

Self Care Sessions

You go to work everyday. Your co-workers may drive you crazy. Bills are due. And the list go’s on and on. Sometimes sis, you have to take a moment for yourself. Everyone's self care routine is different. Some people take a moment to read a book and some go to the spa. Whatever it is, DO IT. You’re no good to anyone else if you don’t take care of yourself.

Go Tech Free

It’s simple. Put the phone down, put the tablet away and close the laptop. Take it back to the old school. And breathe.

Be Conscious of Your Thoughts

Don’t let the negativity dwell within. It’ll just radiate out and boom, your vibration levels plummet. Meditation can help with this. And if you need to take it a step higher, visit a therapist to help you talk through some stuff

Cleanse Your Environment

Clean up, Clean up, everybody, everywhere. Clutter breeds confusion and chaos. Tidy up a bit. Sage your space and light an incense. Set the mood to attract those positive vibes
